What is My Credit?
My credit reflects any credits you have received by signing up, inviting friends or through any other online promotions. Credit in your online account maybe used towards any item available in our online store. However since we offer our members free shipping, credit can only be applied to purchases of $75 or more. Please note that these credits are only valid with our online store.

What are Member Sales and How Can I Participate?
We are excited to offer our members huge savings on select designer jewelry and watches. To shop our sales you must sign up to become a member and then login to our store. Once you are logged all items that are included in the current sale will show the discounted member price.
As a member you will receive emails, alerting you to our latest sales and promotions.

How can I Invite Friends to Join?
Inviting your friends is easy just visit the invitations tab of your account page. (You will have to login first.) Enter your friend(s) email and a message if you like. Your friends will receive a $10 credit for accepting your invite. Plus, as a thank you for spreading the word, you will receive an additional $10 credit when friends you invite make their first purchase. We will let you know when a friend accepts your invite or makes a purchase via email.

What is the Return Policy?
At JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry we offer a 30-day Return Policy on most items. We're only happy if our customers are absolutely delighted. If you're not satisfied, simply return your purchase for full refund. Please note that diamond set rings, sized rings, and engraved items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking/labor fee.
