Every diamond and fine jewelry product purchased from JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers arrives at your door in our elegant packaging. Inside, you will find a detailed Gemological Appraisal certified by our Master Gemologist, an appraisal, and certificate (if applicable). In addition, we include our soft jewelry care cloth and diamond loupe as a free gift to you.
Loose Diamond Packaging
All loose diamonds purchased from JG Kronenberger are delivered to you in our exclusive JG Kronenberger packaging. Your diamond is secured in a clear window box to keep it protected and in-place during shipment.

Fine Jewelry & Watch Packaging
Fine jewelry purchases are presented to you in our signature gift boxes. Watches will come with their respective signature brand boxes. Engagement rings purchases arrive in our signature lit ring boxes for a dramatic presentation for that breathtaking moment.

Gift Services
Gift Wrapping & Message
If you would like to include gift wrapping and/or a personalized message with your purchase, you can select these options during checkout. We will package your gift in elegant wrapping and include your message on a matching card free of charge.
Gift Receipt
If you choose, we will include a gift receipt that lists the description, but not the price, of the item(s) purchased. The recipient can return or exchange the gift with this receipt if they wish.
Ship to Recipient
If you want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient, simply contact your credit card or banking institution to add the alternative shipping address to your account. This will help prevent any possible delays with processing your order.
