Diamond Setting
Once you have selected your engagement ring and diamond, they will be shipped directly to our store for thorough evaluation and professional setting -- so we can insure that your piece is perfect upon arrival. To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll find an estimated delivery time listed under the shipping tab of each product detail page.
Please note that although we will do the best we can to accommodate your needs, any rings that have been set with a diamond, may be non-returnable or subject to a fee for labor and restocking. Engraving
Currently we offer a limited selection of money clips and cuff links that can be personalized with engraving. If you are purchasing one of these items and would like to have them engraved, you will be able to indicate this during the checkout process.
Once your order has been placed, a sales associate will contact you to discuss placement, style, and pricing. Engraving comes in two standard styles; script and block lettering. Standard engraving charges are $2.00 a letter. Finally, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the engraving charge.
Engraving an item will add approximately 1-2 days to delivery time.

Appraisals
The following items include a free written insurance appraisal:
• Diamond engagement rings and wedding bands
• Diamond, gemstone, watch and pearl jewelry purchased for $1,000 and more.
An appraisal is a document stating the approximate retail replacement value of an item. It is calculated using current market data, which reflects typical retail prices. In addition to the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of the gemstone(s), it includes the weight of precious metal included in the item, and the craftsmanship of the item.
Your insurance agency can rely on this appraisal to calculate a coverage rate for your diamond or piece of fine jewelry. Your appraisal ensures that in the case of loss, theft, or damage your insurance company will provide you with equal replacement value for your item. The more information contained in your appraisal, the more likely you are to receive the exact replacement value for that item.

JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers provides a free initial sizing for all ring orders. If you are unsure of
which ring size to purchase, please use our printable ring sizer. Any subsequent adjustments will be charged an additional fee.
Please note that the standard size for rings, if available, is shown in the details tab. Rings that have been sized to a different size are non-returnable. Also due to the limited flexibility on specific designer
brands, ring sizing may be subject to additional labor charges or
not applicable. You will be contacted shortly after your order has been
placed if these issues should arise and we will do the best we can do
accommodate your needs.

Lifetime Cleaning, Repairs & Batteries
Jewelry Cleaning & Repair
We are happy to provide jewelry cleaning and simple repair services free of charge to all of our customers. You can arrange to ship your jewelry to the store or to bring it in. Shipping charges are not included. Please note that polishing is not included and is available for a standard additional fee. Replacement Batteries
We are happy to provide free batteries and battery replacement for the life of any watch purchased at JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers. Please note an extra charge will apply for resetting the water proofing. Diamond Upgrade Program
If you purchased a loose diamond or diamond solitaire jewelry with us, including earrings and pendants, we are happy help you upgrade to a larger diamond. With an upgrade, the original value of the purchased diamonds will be applied toward the cost of the larger diamond. We require full payment of the remaining balance before shipment. Diamond certification and all original product information are required to receive an upgrade.
