JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers offers complementary standard shipping on every order via UPS Ground. Each shipment is securely packaged and fully insured.
As finishing touch, we enclose your item in our signature jewelry box, or a plush fabric pouch tucked inside the distinctive JG Kronenberger gift box.
Order Processing
To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll find an estimated delivery time listed under the shipping tab of the product detail page for each item. This is calculated by totaling the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. If you place your order before 4:00pm on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 4:00pm on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that delivery times vary by product. In most cases, we will ship your entire order together, so please use the longest delivery time as a guide. Orders that include diamond setting require an additional 2 days to process.
We will notify you in the rare occasion an item is out of stock and give you an approximate date when it will be available again.

Taxes

Signature Required
For the security of your shipment, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders of $1000 or more. Please note that this applies regardless of any waivers you may have with your courier. Our packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. To ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, you will receive an e-mail message notifying you that your order has shipped. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package, after which they will leave a notice to pick it up at the local UPS store.

Shipping to an Alternate, PO Box, APO/FPO or International Address
Alternate Address
JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers can ship your order to an alternate address like your place of work. To protect our customers against fraud, we will confirm this alternate shipping address with your credit card or banking institution. To prevent any possible delays with processing your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address if it is not on file.
APO/FPO & International Addresses
These orders are charged a $35 shipping fee. Please contact us for more information at 1-877-JGK-5510.
P.O. Box Addresses
JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry requires that a physical address is provided for every order placed, and does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
