We are proud to offer the same great service and quality jewelry, that have brought us loyal customers locally, to your neighborhood. Why shop with us online? We’re jewelers, not an online warehouse. Our hand-selected jewelry is inspected by experienced in-store staff before it ships to you.

Currently we ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii only.

  • Complementary standard shipping is available on orders of over $200. (Continental U.S. only):
  • All orders ship via UPS and are trackable.
  • Orders over $800 are fully insured.
  • Shipping time estimates are calculated from day of shipping not day of order.
  • Benchmark Rings take approx. 10-14 business days to process and ship.
  • Sized Rings take an additional 5 days to process and ship.

Taxes

Domestic sales tax only applies to customers whose billing or shipping addresses are in the state of New Jersey.


Packaging

Each shipment is securely packaged and fully insured. As finishing touch, we enclose your item in our signature jewelry box, or a plush fabric pouch tucked inside the distinctive JG Kronenberger gift box.


Signature Required

For the security of your shipment, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders of $800 or more. Please note that this applies regardless of any waivers you may have with your courier. Our packages over $800 fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. To ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, you will receive an e-mail message notifying you that your order has shipped. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package, after which they will leave a notice to pick it up at the local UPS store.


Shipping to an Alternate Address or P.O. Box

To protect against fraud we can only ship your order to your billing address. JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry requires that a physical address is provided for every order placed, and does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

At JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry, we're only happy if our customers are absolutely delighted.

  • Orders are fully refundable within 7 Business Days of receipt.
  • Orders are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 Business Days of receipt.
  • Except for the following:
    • All Benchmark Rings are customized to each order and have a 15 day return policy. Rings must be return in an unaltered and unworn state. Any damage or signs of wear upon return will void any refund of purchase.
    • All Other Rings are non-returnable once sized.


Return Policy

Contact us at 1-609-654-2234 within 7 Business Days of receiving your purchase to receive a full refund on the purchase price of the pieces. Orders returned within 30 business days are eligible for exchange or store credit. Please note that all returned items must pass an inspection before we can issue any refund or exchange. JGK will not be held responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen during the return process.


Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. We understand that everyone makes mistakes, so if you have questions about your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.


Out-of-Stock Items

Occasionally items may become out-of-stock. If an order is placed and an item is out-of-stock you will be notified via email. Items that are out-of-stock may take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months to arrive and will be promptly shipped as per the original shipping method you have selected. If your order contains one or more out-of-stock items we may at our discretion split the order into multiple shipments unless otherwise instructed. All out-of-stock items will ship at our expense upon avaliability. Of course, if an item is out-of -stock and you wish you cancel/refund your order, please email customerservice@jgkronenberger.com with your inquiry.


Preparing Items for Return

To return a diamond or jewelry item to JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers, follow our three step process:

1. Call 1-609-654-2234. with your Order Number. We will verify your order, and answer any questions you have. Please do not proceed with your return without contacting us first.

2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging, collateral material, appraisals, and certificates. If you return an item without these items you may we liable for their replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the box. Please address to your package to the following:

3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers.

Please note that JGK is not liable for the cost of shipping or insuring returned items or any loss or damage that may occur during the shipping process.

Refund Process

Please allow 7 days from when we receive your return for the credit to be processed. You will receive an email when your account has been credited.
