Our NJ store carries a vast selection of GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Certified Diamonds, Bridal Jewelry from designers such as Fana and Levy Creations. We also carry an extensive assortment of Sterling Silver, Gemstone and Diamond Jewelry from designers such as POP Diamond Jewelry, Philip Gavriel and DA Gold, as well as our own custom collection.

Staff & Services
Our knowledgeable staff include: a certified gemologist, dedicated bench jeweler and a highly experienced diamond setter. We offer a variety of in-house services including diamond setting, ring sizing, jewelry repair, and custom design.

Appraisals & Insurance:
The following items purchased from our store include a free written insurance appraisal:
• Diamond engagement rings and wedding bands
• Diamond, gemstone, watch and pearl jewelry purchased for $1,000 and more.
An appraisal is a document stating the approximate retail replacement value of an item. It is calculated using current market data, which reflects typical retail prices. In addition to the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of the gemstone(s), it includes the weight of precious metal included in the item, and the craftsmanship of the item.
Your insurance agency can rely on this appraisal to calculate a coverage rate for your diamond or piece of fine jewelry. Your appraisal ensures that in the case of loss, theft, or damage your insurance company will provide you with equal replacement value for your item. The more information contained in your appraisal, the more likely you are to receive the exact replacement value for that item.

Ring Sizing: JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers provides a free initial sizing for all appllicable in-store ring orders. Any subsequent adjustments will be charged an additional fee. Download our ring sizer here.
Lifetime Cleaning: We are happy to provide jewelry cleaning free of charge to all of our customers. To service your item, simply call us at 1-609-654-2234 (Medford, NJ store) with your order number. You can arrange to ship your jewelry to the store or to bring it in. Shipping charges are not included. Please note that polishing is not included and is available for a standard additional fee. If significant repair work is required or stones come out during cleaning, a charge will apply and estimate will be provided before proceeding.
Replacement Batteries: We are happy to provide free batteries and battery replacement for the life of any watch purchased at JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelers. Please note a charge will apply for any requested waterproofing or resealing. To service your item, simply call us at 1-609-654-2234 (Medford, NJ store.) with your order number. You can arrange to ship your jewelry to the store or to bring it in. If significant repair work is required, a charge will apply and estimate will be provided before proceeding.
Warranty Information: Several of our products include manufacturer warranties, some of which may require product registration.
Diamond Upgrade Program: If you have purchased a pair of solitaire diamond stud earrings with us we are happy help you upgrade to a larger set. With an upgrade, the original value of the purchased diamonds will be applied toward the cost of the larger diamonds. We require full payment of the remaining balance before shipment or pickup. Diamond certification and all original product information are required to receive an upgrade.
